Here Are The First Images From The James Webb Space Telescope

The Universe just had a photo shoot — and it looks amazing

The first few images from the James Webb Space Telescope are finally out! In a press conference yesterday, NASA released all of them to the public and spent some time answering questions about the telescope and the future of astronomy.

When I saw the full-colour images, I was blown away by their clarity and raw beauty. So I’m going to share them all here, and talk about each in some detail.
